Mixing at Home: Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette Solids Suspension & Fluid Separation One of the most common mixing challenges is separation… To bring home this point, here’s a tribute to the classic oil and vinegar dressing that go so well with those summer barbeques. Ready in 15 minutes Serves 12 Ingredients 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp honey 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1 small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes Instructions Combine all ingredients except for oil and puree on high in blender.
