Sales Engineer

This position will focus on developing our Industrial Mixer Market in Western Canada

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate his/her ability to take ownership and responsibility for Sales, Design, and Manufacturing of Industrial Mixers.

 Job Responsibilities Include:

•Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities with existing customers
•Identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities
•Able to deliver timely and accurate responses to distributor and internet enquires.
•Design, size and select mixers according to application specifications and client needs
•Account Management and Development
•Work closely with Manufacturing Personnel to deliver products and projects on time
•Establish and manage the sales pipeline within your specific area of responsibility
•Develop strong relationships with customers and distributors
•Manage and take ownership of sales through production and supply
•High-energy individual who is motivated to excel
•Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead by example
•Mechanical and Process knowledge is an asset

Requirements
Engineering degree
Proven ability to supersede sales targets
At least 2.5 years sales experience in the process industry
Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, Scheduling and Client Relationship type software

Preferred
Experience selling mixers or pumps in process environment
Project Management
Strong AutoCAD abilities

This is a sales role, so compensation will be tied in part to individual performance.

Technical Sales Person

Working directly with the Sales Manager this position will focus on selling mixers internationally via distributors and web enquiries

Job Responsibilities Include:

•A strong technical aptitude will be required to sell mixers to all levels of international chemical companies
•A strong ability to understand our clients technical processes and apply our mixers to them.
•Identify, develop and close new business opportunities
•Able to deliver timely and accurate responses to enquiries, and sell the company's products.
•Responding to Enquiries from ongoing Clients and Distributors
•Designing, sizing and selecting mixers according to application specifications and client needs
•Account Management and Development
•Establish and manage the sales pipeline within your specific area of responsibility
•Develop strong relationships with customers and distributors in the field
•High-energy individual who is motivated to excel

Mechanical and Process knowledge is an asset.

Post Secondary Education in Business, Marketing, 2 years of Engineering or equivalent Technical School Education

Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, Scheduling and Client Relationship type software
* familiarity with CAD drawings is preferable

Production Foreman

Job Responsibilities Include:

•Overseeing all aspects of production and assembly
•Packaging, Shipping and receiving
•Costing – Maintaining Database with current costs, and obtaining supplier costs
•Inventory Control – Maintaining Inventory operating budget according to product strategy

 Requirements:

•Previous warehouse experience
•Exceptional motivator and team leader
•Effective communication skills
•Working knowledge of Windows Office environment

 Preferred:

•Auto CAD experience
•Inventory control management
•Quality control programs such as ISO 9000
•Metalworking, machining and welding experience
