Application Assurance

Dynamix Agitators Inc. assures that the product recommended for a specific application will perform satisfactorily, subject to accurate, pertinent information being provided. If the units we recommend do not perform the process function, Dynamix Agitators Inc. will modify or replace such equipment.

Warranty

Dynamix Agitators Inc. warrants that its' mixers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The materials are certified to be of specific analysis; however, the materials are not guaranteed against chemical and abrasive attack. Defective parts shall be repaired or replaced at our option, at no charge, FOB our plant.

Limitations

We do not assume and we expressly disclaim any liability concerning:

1. any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages which anyone may suffer as a result of use, servicing, or loss of use of our products;
2. our total liability under our warranty or in connection with any claim involving our product is expressly limited to the purchase price of the product.
