ITM Design Principle

The ITM mixer was designed to increase your product quality assurance by ensuring proper mixing in totes and eliminating the potential for contamination during mixing and product supply.


Dynamix will size and select from several impeller designs and configurations in order
to mix your product to your specifications.

Large efficient collapsible impellers operating at low speeds produce better mixing and require smaller, lower horsepower drives. Our selection of impellers also allows
for technical mixing configurations that
address the following challenges:

  • Mixing throughout tote drawdown
  • Suspending solids from tote corners
  • High viscosity mixing
  • Low shear Mixing
  • Low Speed Mixing
  • No air entrainment
  • Vigorous Mixing with Low Horsepower
  • High Efficiency Mixing

ITM Design
The modular design option of the ITM

Modular design allows the use of one drive with multiple “mixer segments”. These mixer segments become an integrated part of the tote for shipping. This design fully encloses your product ensuring that your product is not contaminated during supply. When your product arrives at your clients operations the integrated agitator is coupled to the independent drive in order to bring your product back into specification.

This design assures that quality is maintained by eliminating both the potential for contamination and improper mixing.

The separate drive segment is easily coupled to the tote's integrated mixer segment. Your product is then brought back into uniformity through proper controlled mixing, without a chance of contamination. The result is Quality Assurance; reworking product is eliminated resulting improved client relationships.
