Each mixer is custom engineered to suit your application and environment. Options include:
- Direct and gear drives that incorporate an aluminum housing with sealed for life bearings
- Gear drives with heat treated helical gears manufactured to AGMA level 10 for quiet, long life operation
- Grease lubricated and factory sealed gearboxes which require no maintenance
- Flexible vibration mounting to allow 360 degree positioning
- Vibration pad to minimize noise and mounting clamp stress on tank support structures
- Rugged precision coupling
In addition to the clamp mount design, the Portable is also available in plate and flange mounting arrangements as well as pedestal mount design for sealed tanks. Standard and custom impeller designs are available to provide high efficiency mixing. All units can be supplied with a wide range of coatings and high polish finishes.
