Each mixer is custom engineered to suit your application and environment. Options include:
- Construction of carbon steel, stainless steel, rubber covered, and any machineable alloy
- Drywell seal
- Horsepower range of 10 to 1000 HP.
- Speed range of 4.5 to 175 rpm
- Full range of heavy duty impellers
- Heavy duty tapered roller bearing with minimum B-10 life +30,000 hrs
- Heavy duty "helical/spiral bevel" drive
The drives on the Titan Series utilize a combination of either helical/spiral/bevel gears or heavy duty all-helical gears and taper roller bearings throughout. They are supplied standard with dry well seals and extra large shafting and are available in a variety of mounting arrangements, including plate mount, flange mount, and pedestal mount.
