To bring home this point, here’s a tribute to the classic oil and vinegar dressing that go so well with those summer barbeques.
Ready in 15 minutes
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Combine all ingredients except for oil and puree on high in blender.
- Slowly add oil while continuing to blend until thick (about 2 minutes).
