Serves 12


  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients except for oil and puree on high in blender.
  2. Slowly add oil while continuing to blend until thick (about 2 minutes).
